For those who have damaged obx headers

So I've noticed a few people post on here about their obx headers either cracking or the egr tube breaking. I would like to hear how many miles you guys put on the car before you noticed these issues and how many miles are on the car and if you're running original rear motor mounts. I've had mine on since October and since then I've driven maybe 8k miles with them installed. I tend not to launch my car much or drive it 10/10ths all the time so hoping my headers will hold up. I've got a set of heavy duty mounts on their way in the near future to hopefully alleviate any worries of this. Plus, my car's got 110k on it and I don't think the rear mount really started getting soft until December or so.

Hmm. My car is at 165k now. My rough estimate is that I drove probably about 10k - 15k miles before the EGR cracked off the rear header. My rear motor mount prolly needs to be replaced too. Haven't replaced it ever.

Would be nice to see more posts but appreciate you responding, SirThomas. I'm actually gonna be autocrossing my car later this morning, so hopefully I won't cause any damage to em. My usual autocrosser is not race ready so resorting to the Camry since it can run in the same class and that way I keep my points.

LOL. It went off awful. The Camry isn't designed for autocross. Even with Eibachs and Tokicos it nosedived like crazy yesterday. The course was very tight so I was really screwed. Really wish my eight six had been ready but at least it is now. I'm glad I didn't run as my exhaust ended up falling off the car on the lift when I went to get it fixed.
