Broke gauge needle!

Blah! So I was installing my reverse glow gauges and I broke the little needle stopper that stops the actual needle from dropping down on the rpm gauge. I'm guessing I need to get a new oem rpm gauge face, but how do I take the old one out and reinstall a new one?
