Hi I received the OBX headers yesterday I nother the Y pipe has a resonater (instead of cat.) I noter the Y pipe can be slightly bent in the that mesh metalic part ( resonater) it is normal .? :D

The mesh metallic part is a flex segment... its purpose is to allow flexing on the exhaust system.

Both of those are normal. The OBX headers don't have a cat, and the mesh collector should flex a bit on any exhaust.
