LED bulb in stop tail light

LED bulb in stop tail light

One of my braking light burnt out so now i have the light indicator on my consol on.

If I install red bulbs instead of halogen, will I still have the indicator light telling me i have a burnt bulb?

I heared this happens with the turn signals... im wondering if its the same with the tail light.

Thanks!

if you replace them with led bulbs you will need to install 4- 6ohm 50watt resistors if you dont do this you will still have the dash light come on.if you need more info let me know i just replaced all my bulbs with leds.
