Need rear sway bar link , ebay?

Need rear sway bar link , ebay?

Postby DrLove » Mon Mar 09, 2009 5:36 am

Hy guys, I need to replace my rear link, it's making anoying noise, now it's winter so I don't hear it, but this summer it will be very embarassing.

I saw lot of inexpensive rear sway bar link on Ebay. is it crap like 80% of ebay stuff or it's ok ?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/2-SWAY-BAR-LINK-CAMR ... 240%3A1318

and this complete kit?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/SUSPENSION-ES300-CAM ... .m20.l1116

One of my friend is a mechanic, so I could probably get all repair for cheap.. I don't wanna spend 1k$ on repair since it's a 99 car.

Also I think I need to change the anti-sway bar bushing.. are they on ebay? where can I find that for cheap?

Thanks for your help!

I never bought mine thru ebay, usually just adv. auto parts or auto zone...that way if I had a problem with them, I could return them. I don't think I'd get that complete set up, I would just start with the end links first, but that's up to you. Moog is a pretty good brand from what I've been told, which is what I have now.

I had checked Auto Zone and their's is way bigger.... :-?
So i picked one off the salvage yard, and no more clunkin' noise.

Finally it will only cost a compund ($40) and touch up..I hope it will not be too noticable.

Thanks for the inputs, I will take a look at the dealer, yard. I guess the ebay sway bar link are 100% compatible with our solara?
