hey, i just got hid hi/low.
when i go to high beam. the light does not turn on. its as if i turned off my lights.
i know the bulb works because i probed it and it went on.
do i have to rewire something?

You may have the plugs switch around. I don't know what kit you have, but if you can switch the connections around then try that.

its plug and play. and only one plug. its the hid kits where the high beam is like a stock bulb.
there are 2 bulbs ... side by side..

there is a connection that goes into the ballast, make sure it is correctly inserted... try to take it out, twist 180 degrees and put it back in. I remember having a similar problem and that was my mistake.

hmm well i will try, but the low beams seem to work fine. so im guessing thats not the problem...

haha. i forgot that i pulled out the fuse because i had to for school and i forgot to put it back.. now it works.
