Randy might cry when he sees what has happened to these rims. I cried alittle when polish wouldn't clean them up.

After realizing they are so far gone but the rims are still good. I'm thinking this winter when I have winter rims and tires on the car, I should wet sand them down and then repaint them.

My question to you is, is it a good idea to go with 1000grit and then 2000grit?
