i ordered one from a guy on ebay and i received it today and it only came with one o ring on the engine side of the adapter (suppose to be two there) even though the auction said that there was two! any ideas where i can get an o ring that is that size??? thanks

you can check napa or pepboys...

but why do you need 2 o-rings? you need one on the side of the engine...but you don't need one for the outside, since the oil filter has one right on it....

haha, I have the exact same problem... do you mean there is only one o-ring on the side with two slots? thats what mine is like too. Ill let you know if I find the seal somewhere, ill be installing it next week.

I bet it would seal with just the inside one... if not, I bet permatex would work too...

yeah i am just nervous that i would do the install and then put my $33 synthetic oil in and have a leak and have to drain it all out! i emailed the seller and he said that he found the o ring and will send it too me....we'll just see if that happens or not!

ah, after taking a look at the greddy design, now I know what you're talking about....

and all you need is one of the o-rings still, but it'll depend on which one they gave you....if you got the one that fits the 1mz, then you're fine...if you didn't and need hte other size, then hopefully the seller sends it to you...

yeah i have the smaller of the two o rings or the inner one on the adapter.....it looks like it would be best if both o rings are on there!
