Any of you guys ever tried repainting your stock Gen 1.5 Grill? If so, what are the process or tools (chemicals) needed to peel off the old paint? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Just sand and paint, sand and paint, sand and paint....lather, rinse, repeat.

Don't forget to use fine grit sand paper as the layers of paint add up.
