Hi, I'm just wondering if 18x7.5 with a 42mm offset rims on 225/40/18 tires will fit my Solara without any rubbing issues? The car is dropped with Eibach springs.

that should be perfect
im running 18x7.5 225/40/18 on tein stech with a 38mm offset and had rubbing issues in the back with a full load and sub box but cut fenders squared that away nice.
