Well guys, I am getting married in June - my fiance and i were discussing which of us was going to get a new car before the marriage... after my stubborn refusal to trade in the solara we ended up buying an 06 lexus is250 for HER to drive.( win - win situation - now i have 2 gorgeous cars) this only means one thing to me - i have an excuse to further modify the solara. i plan on driving her til she blows up so i might as well do it in style. Most of you have been with me throught the turbo kit and 16 sets of rims, so it was only natural to share the upcoming modifications.

-18"x8 TSW rims:

-the same BFG KDW2's i have on my gen2 rims will be purchased for use on the new wheels.
-custom wilwood big brake kit
-custom projector retrofit for headlights using lexus rx330 projectors and philips ultinon 6k bulbs.

i will post pics once everything is done... feels good to be modding the solara again. this is truly one of the few cars that i still get compliments on everywhere i go. thanks guys, sorry for the lack of brevity.

Sounds like some fun mods. I've always thought your car is one of the cleanest solaras on here.

Also, do you have any pics your interior? I've always wondered what the Joshua Tree kit looks like installed. I'm looking into getting one.

classy! get black rims man, if you want to go for the stealth look, I'm definitely getting black rims (maybe even with red linings)

rims are actually hyperblack, gunmetal in color.

I love that wood trim. ups the luxury for sure! im gettin mine in due time. where did you buy yours? i want the factory oem look so I wont have an "off" look to it.
