so is a hub centric ring required if you have a smaller wheel hub than the rim has or is it not necessary?

hey guys,

im new to the whole moding cars thing. i got a 2003 v6 solara se. im thinking about getting 18s, but wanted to know if i would have to change shocks, springs etc. If i can just put on the 18s and go that would be great!

Thanks.

no, when i worked at a custom wheel/tire shop I installed a lot of wheels w/o hub centric rings. Some manufacturers included them, others didn't.
