That Supra wheel looks like the cruise will be plug and play. The Celica wheel had a different connector and wires with it's cruise so I custom fitted my old stalk into the wheel and my cruise works just fine.

I'm not sure if your airbag connector will be plug and play, you might need a harness from Toyota. Check out my thread I made for the Celica wheel for more info:

I had a black and blue one that I bought for $300 and tried to flip, but I ended up selling it for the same price since no one had cash at the time. I wish I had kept it and dyed it black, but the car is gone now anyway...

I have a nardi in my 240 and I love it- set me back about $350 with the hub:

The 240 never had an airbag to begin with though, so that makes things a bit easier.
