^ did you replace it yourself? or did greg do it for you?

I've never replaced mine (just packed it with polyurethane for now- want to change that, but no time yet), but did he have to take the entire mount assembly off the car to press it in and out?

And did he part the tranny to get the entire mount assembly off?

I actually had a mechanic do it for me, he had to take out the whole right side axle, and yeah the whole assembly had to come off.

ah, and here I was hoping that there was a better way of doing that....lol

dang wish i had the cash for this... at the bare minimum i'd do front and rear.

and yeah - filling gaps on stockers isn't worth the time/effort. i did it on my old 88 5spd camry and while it felt good at first, the new poly started cracking and falling out even though it was a self-etching type that claimed to bond better. this is the ONLY way to do poly mounts right.

^You're never going to see any of them (even the front, once it gets grease on it) after install, so it shouldn't matter.

LOL, the front mount has a dust shield that covers it and the trans and rear mounts are deep in the engine bay. I'm a stickler for keeping things clean, but some things aren't worth the concern.
