Getting tint next week... recommendations?

^I've got 5% all around plus a top window strip on the front windshield.

I love the way it looks on my black car, but the best thing about it is no one can see you when you have the windows up. The absolute best is when someone is ready and anxious to give you a dirty look and when they pull up next to me and realize they can't see me their look on their face is priceless!

However, at night, it's a bitch to drive with the windows up when there is no lights on the road. I live in the city, so I can get away with this, but if you live where most roads are not lit, I would highly recommend not going this dark. Backing out of driveways I usually have to roll my window down! It's still worth it to me!

i would go with 5% back windshield, 20% side windows, and 35% front windows. 35 is kinda light though but if you want it darker you can always tint your windshield 35% to darken it up a lil

I'm pretty sure randy(first owner of my solara) had the windows tinted at 30-35% all around. I personally like the back sides and back window at 20% while having the front sides at 35%.

Iowa law is any % for back sides and back window. Front sides cannot be tinted unless you have a DMV paper signed by your eye doctor. If you do, then no lower than 35%

i have 15 rear and 35 front but i wish i went with 5% in the rear
