HID Foglights: Ballast location?

i forgot to mention i also used double sided foam like-tape in conjunction with zip ties to those mounting holes location. It's working fine so far.

It's up to you whether you want to install the kit from the bottom (taking out the splash guard) or from the top down (by taking out the headlights, grill). it's just my car is lower and fitting just my big head under the front is kind of a pain. You can always use a jack...
