I got the boron fiber 14" rotors with lithium nitride coated friction surface, weighs 2.2 lbs. per side.
Needs the special 12 piston beryllium calipers, though.
About $22,000 all told, but pulls 7 Gs on a stop. 150-0 time is under 2 seconds.

Unfortunately, it kills everyone in the car when you do this.
