JIC vs JPP vs GREDDY: exhaust's

Postby cdssolara » Wed Aug 24, 2005 5:38 pm

If you're looking to enhance the performance of the S/C, it's hard to beat the JPP system. The guy who got JPP to develop it (Ericsol) was really serious about putting a good product out. The 3" piping will make you lose some low end torque, but really promotes midrange and high end power. It also has a nice deep, powerful sound without being too loud. There's none of that cheap fartcan-type sound. It sounds serious. I've had it for almost 2 years and the longer I have it, the more satisfied I am.

How much difference in hp will our stock resonators choke on the car from a high perfoamce one or straight pipe? I can tell it sounds meaner..

Yeah I agree too.....I have the JIC exhaust On my V6....it's not very loud which helps a lot especially on Cali streets. :)

i have the jic on my 4cyl and its a tad loud and droning at times but it has a nice deep tone between 1800-3300

no tickets yet btw....

only reason i would go greddy myself is to match my exhaust to the other greddy parts on my car.

^^ for some reason or another, my exhaust sounds deeper and louder than marks jic... maybe his still needs to be broken in, or mine is just whored the fook out...
