its a plug and play kit , not that hard. just find a spot to mount the blast .

It didn't come with any self tapping screws or double sided tape? There isn't very many ways to do it..

You should do some research first. The link by 1gSE is very useful and even with your instruction manual you received with the HID should work. Also, in your solara instruction manual it shows how to get to fog lights.

The kit should have came with 2 large pieces of double sided tape. These kits don't use the brackets.

You will just need to find a good spot for them in your engine bay or like what I have done it zip tie them to something close by so its secure.

^^^HAHAHA, anyways, zap strap it to the battery post hanger if you want... i wouldnt but you wanted idea's... so find a study structure in your engine bay that is strong and secure on both sides thats not far from the HL, and mount the ballast. zap strap or 2 sided tape or both! good luck, and the link^^ is well put together and useful! Watch IT!

Why don't you look around the engine bay near the battery or where eva you want to mount the ballast, and choose to where you want to mount it.
It's not hard to research how to install it. :roll:
