so i bought a trd rear sway bar today and i tried to install it, couldnt do it :cry:

is it safe to drive without a sway bar for about 5 miles to a mechanic?

Yeah, the car will handle like >>I'm a douche<<, but you can drive it like that. I had some tough times installing mine too. It seemed like nothing fit quite right, but I finally got her on there. You'll be happy with the change in handling once you get it installed. Good luck!

Yup- no problem driving it that way. Lot's of older cars don't have a sway bar at all.

If it doesn't line up one way flip it, and try it the other way.

Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.

What it is also is that the strut and spring setup is hanging down lower then normal, you need an additional jack to compress it upward or just lower your car with the wheels and everything on the car so the holes line up

thanks for the advice but after working on it for 4 hours yesterday i give up haha im taking it to my mechanic right now :D

Took me about a week to install mine, long story. I broke some stuff and had to fix it. But it was all worth the trouble in the end.

i got the rsb installed today, its a major difference handles a lot better

im going to lower it next week :D

The sway bar feels wonderful. I finally heard the rear wheels squeal a little as I was switching interstates. My friend in his Mustang was lagging behind on the turns. :P
