Just received this in the mail, post office damaged it. If I cleaned it, would it still suck in air? I don't feel like spending more money on a new filter.

Don't know exactly how that works when it comes to postal liability if the sender didn't buy insurance. I did a bit of research, and sounds like I'm S.O.L.

If you paid for insurance, and he did not insure it, it's his fault. If he offered insurance, and you did not pay, your SOL.

It was packed with the Greddy exhaust (From this post ) there wasn't much protecting it except a thin layer of bubble wrap. Waiting for the sender to reply to my PM.

the K&N filter (I'm assuming you mean the drop in) is already in there. [/url]

Its clearly not UPS's fault, its the senders fault for being so stupid with packing.

Who sent it to u like that?

Well it took almost a month to arrive, and it was sent by *solara2000* on here. Let's see what happens, he seems like a good guy.

Yup, from JC, hopefully if I get everything installed I can actually hang out with the big boys at the meets.
