Exedy Clutch vs Aisin Clutch -> which one is better?

I came across with these two clutches for my 1999 V6 solara. the price is comparable. Which one is better? Are they replacement parts for OEM or better than OEM?

One ebay seller actually posts that the Aisin clutch is a Stage 1 upgrade (Part#: CKTO-040) but i am not sure if that is true or not.

Exedy is known for high performance clutches, so I'm guessing it's better than OEM.

I'd go with Exedy because I know their work and it's pretty good.
