automatic door lock and unlock switch

I recently installed DEI's Hornet 533T remote starter and alarm system to my solara.. and after they installed the sytem, automatic door lock and unlock switch in driver's seat doesn't work.. I can lock and unlock with the remote but can't lock or unlock with switch on driver's side.. but can lock and unlock with passenger side switch.. I think installer messed up the wire while installing it.. does anyone know what i have to do to fix this problem???? which wire do I have to work on???

take it back to the installer...i'm sure he's more knowledged to answer that question!

i'm guessing the install came with priority door unlock, which means that when you DISARM the car, it unlocks ONLY your drivers door. to unlock the rest you have to push the DISARM button again.

to install priority door unlock, the installer MUST cut the driver's side switch/motor wire and put a relay in the middle of it which is wired to the alarm.

if you DON'T have priority door unlock, your installer may have made a big mistake.

if it DOES have priority door unlock, he may just have wired up the relay wrong.
