Has any body used these hid's, adapter, retrofit kit?

Has anybody ever used any of the products from www.hidexpert.com ? I saw this http://www.hidexpert.com/producthtml/h4hidkit.html and saw it had an adapter that claims it sets the beam correctly and helps the cut off of the xenon glare. Is this kit any good or is it just a bunch of bs?
