u can do it urself, but its risky, you might dent the fender, just bring it to a shop. its about 40 bux to roll or cut the fender

Just out of curiosity:

How much did you lower your car?
How wide are your tires?
What is the width and offset of your wheels?

I think it'd be better to roll it or cut it or shave it. If it's a lot of rubbing, cut off 1/4 inch or so. If it taps on occasion, then rolling it may be good (I'm assuming rolling literally means curling it up), and shaving may take a while.... hahaha files =D

Hammering may "adjust" your wheel bolts which wouldn't be too cool =x Those things cost about $40 each to replace (or so I was told)

What is it that you think you're going to be hammering? Rolling the fenders means bending the inside lip of the fender upwards so that it doesn't stick into the wheel well as much. The most common "home method" that I've heard of is to use a baseball bat to pry the fender lip upward. I haven't tried it, but I guess you'd use the tire as a fulcrum to get leverage. Once you've got one end bent, you can roll the bat along the length of the fender lip to get it even. It you're going to bend it by hammering, I think I'd use a mallet rather than a hammer.

Would rolling the rear fender make the back look less lowered? just wondering b/c my rear is lower than my front, wondering if rolling would help at all.
Nascar would be a sport if half the cars were driving the other direction.

Rolling doesnt affect the outside portion that much. It's just curling the little 1/2 inch (or so) piece that is in the wheel well

if you use the baseball bat method, prepare for a nice time of swearing b/c that fender is pretty damn strong.
