18 Inch White 5-Start Rims

Postby Jackass-Jeff » Wed Apr 09, 2003 10:41 am

my 2 neighbors (white RL and white Civic) both had white rims on their car... they both changed them to "normal" polished/silverish ones now... on a black car, it will contrast a lot... I've seen it done, but I don't think it will look too good on a Solara
1GR-FE ftw!

imo, white looks ricey... gold isnt rice, its more like wheat or corn (old dried up corn). and hyper black is like moldy cheese... hehe sorry, got carried away, but seriously, i think white is riceier than gold

yes the 18's will fit.. be sure to get the right offset.. i have 18x7.5 with 45 offset and i dont have a problem with them fitting... offset from 35 to 45 will fit... depending the width of rim your going to get.. i think the 18x7.5 with either 42 or 45 offset fits perfect.. just my personal opinion...

not a fan of the white rims on black either. Gold/Bronze would look tight or silver or black. White eh....Looks a little ricey..
