ok im very close to ordering these wheels

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 1062wt_901

from what ive read online im paranoid of them rubbing on the fenders and having to have my "fenders rolled" which noone in town does. Can anyone with experience tell me these will not rub.

My car is stock height, hasnt been lowered at all...

the wheels ordered would be 18x8 40 offset
tires - 225/40/18

ty in advance

I don't think it's gonna rub. the offset is good but you might need 5mm spacers. It also depends how low you're lowered. The more you're lowered the more likely you're gonna rub. And if you don't wanna roll your fender, you could try smaller tires, like 215/35/18 but the ride's not gonna be comfortable.

Well if it's stock, i'm 100% sure it won't rub at all.
But consider if you're planning to lower the car in the future, buy some coilovers if you're rich, so you could adjust the height and prevent rubbing without rolling your fenders.

There wont be any rub bro! I have 18x8 with 38 offset> and 225/40/18. The 38 offset sticks out slightly further and I have no problems with rubbing! :new-alien:
