no either take off both wheels and remove the inner liner or just jack up the from the front get under neath and remove the plastic underneath and you should see your foglight bulb's right there.

I would find a flat surface to mount them. Also be sure to clean the surface with alcohol before sticking the double sided tape on. You might as well clean the ballast before hand so you can insure you have a 100% clean surface to mount them

got it done today!! looks great yet my fogs look like ones green and ones yellow lol
