ahh.. good to hear it wasn't just me with the fitment issue. Looks like I'll have to dust off the tools and have a re-go @ this. The pipe has actually hit the same part of the opening for so long it has created a grove that it sits in... not my proudest mod but it works for now.. I'm just worried that if I keep it up, it will actually rub through the pipe and I'll be out of luck finding a replacement.

Any idea about the hissing?
