if lightwerks worked on it let them kno and show them pictures of how it looks, they should fix it for free since they didn't get it right the first time.

Is there something I can do to fix that? or is that just a retrofitting error?

Take a picture and send it back to Caesar. He knows better than that. I made him take his time with my gen 1.5 retrofit. I was super anal though. Honestly the best guy for retrofitting is Rich from HIDIllusionz. He did the infamous retrofit for Astro's solara. I got him working on my LandCruiser lights. He can do just about anything.

Here is Astro's Solara (I wish it didn't get totaled) Rich did this incredible piece of work.

No doubt. I already contacted Caesar and he is right on it. I haven't been able to do a proper beam adjustment cause it has been raining here but once I do i'll take the pics.

Good thing is I'm not in a rush or anything like that. It just would've been nice the first time around. I liked lightwerkz use of the E46 shroud, and that's why I went with lightwerkz.

Well, the sad thing is I was aiming the drivers side projector inward toward the center of the car. As it was, the drivers side step was in the oncoming lane of a straight road. Anyhow, my wife told me not to touch them and that they look great as is... Well, I wasnt fully satisfied and took the drivers side apart to add some washers the the left of the projector. Then, the low beam portion of the reflector cracked in half and all that work was gone.

Luckily, I have a another drivers side reflector....I just gotta do all that work over on it though... I am now set back a few more weeks. UGH

Lightear: Hope you get yours figured out. I have the same problem with the vertical adjustment. Our lights are just so small and the shroud ends up touching the lens insert thing causing it to bind up when I try adjust vertically. Its a real pain. For my mounting method, I have 1 shot at getting the cutoff flat and if I blow it...Im screwed. Thats why it took me so long to get where I was....

I guess its all worth it....

Cracked the drivers side reflector bucket and I have officially scrapped the project. I do, however, have a new retro projector I'm working on for the solara now.
