springtech shocks installation * With new pics

So I finally got to installing these springs and struts.
Contrary to what I have been told, I am not at all dissapointed with them, in fact, I think their relative value is extremely good. Iam not saying they are teh best but for someone who wants a lowered solara that shreds through corners, you can't go wrong. complete with a trd rsb, this setup would be complete for me.

I lowered my car for less than 400$
at first, I got them and didn't notice anything so I started the install: 1st time I do this kind of job by the way, I'm no mecanic, I study economy and politics but thisis a pass-time.

The fron ones were straightforward: remove all nuts and bolts & stuff, the instructions I followed were the trd springs instructions stickied in the diy board. It's fairly easy if u have the tools, the patience and the patience.

the rear struts they sent me were not the right ones EEEKKKK!!! so I had to install the springs on stock struts: I know some of you have done this before but for riding on that setup for now, I can confirm that it is bouncy as hell as soon as you hit any king of road imperfection, not to mention that the springs are pretty much just sitting there not compressed or anything.

I talked to the guy that sent me the parts but I still haven't recieved any information as to what to do with the rear ones.

I prolly got the regular camry rear struts because there is no place to screw the abs line or the sway bar links...

I'm still waiting on them, a little frustrated and kinda wishing I had gotten the not-so-cheap stuff.... but until I hear from him, I will NOT recommend doing business with them... this could change though....

so here is the final result, a nice, 2 inch ( theoretically) drop and much more corner grip and road feel.

Best handling mod to be don if on a budget!

It took me about 6.5 hours to do it, with cigarette breaks and chit chat with the ppl there. The biggest pita was removing the interior to get to the 3 nuts behind the rear seats and the best part was driving away on a lowered car...
