Who is SERIOUSLY interested in the ES300 Rear brake setup???

Postby ASG14 » Thu Jul 02, 2009 3:18 pm

Ok, I'm putting soem sets together, and need to know who is SERIOUSLY interested in a set. Right now I'm putting together 3 sets, so need to know if I should do more.

Kit will come with:
1: Backing Plate
2: Reman Caliper
3: Reman Caliper Bracket with hardware
4: New pads
5: Copper 0-rings for brake line

What YOU will need to get:
1: Rotor

What you will need to reuse from your current car:
1: ALL parking brake components
2: Hub
3: few nuts and bolts

Price for the above (of which 1 is mine, so 2 others will be exactly as above) will be $225 Shipped within the US. International will be more.

IF someone has drums and wants to do this, I can make a special kit for that for slightly more.

Who TRUELY plans to buy a kit at this price, and NOT flake out? Sorry to be so straight forward like this, but I get screwed too many times.

And as a side note, this would be perfect to compliment the Ericsol from BBK to fill in the wheels. As well, TRD4Life is having brand new Ericsol BBK kits made.

Thanks all!

I'd love to get a set but I don't have the money at the moment.

ASG, can you give a timeframe as to how long it would take to get a kit together?

Also, is this a one-time item or can people order these down the road?

3 weeks I should have them together. And if no one buys these, I;m not doing it again. It costs me too much money upfront for the little money I make and time it takes.

hmmm...

I'd say to definitely put me on the list, but the funds are low, and I dont wanna have to back out later on due to other things, but, I am interested, and if the funds are available on my next check (2 weeks or so), I'm down for a set ;)
Geeks get it done, while Nerds whimper and call for mommie.

Bump for Adam!

Pumping out new and exciting parts for a lack of aftermarket setups for our Solara's!

What is the % increase in braking btw?

I;m not sure how much better the braking is. I honestly don;t think that it make a LOT of difference, but I;m sure it would make a little. I would highly recommend changing the fronts to the Gen 3 Camry/ES300 twin piston calipers, or the Ericsol, brackets for the Supra rotors which Gabe is currently having remade. That will make a much bigger differnce. Both together would be the best. :-P

Oh, it fills in larger wheels too. :-D

Yeah i agree.
My twin piston setup for the front fills up my rim space compared to OEM.
