those are actually pretty cool. would look perfect with my black rims too but 20 bucks shipping. yikes. take the dive for us =] 46/47 bucks seems pretty steep for "caliper covers"
are avalons supposed to be this fast?

Dont do it man! not a good idea at all it may look cool but your calipers wont get sufficent air to cool down the brakes.

A guy on here before wanted to get the Brembo covers for his calipers but someone said the same and he didnt get them.

thats strange, Bcuz i used cheapo dollarstore $1 red spray paint on mine, and they still look like I just painted them (when i wash the car that is).
Sure as hell beats the 20 dollar caliper paint.
I wouldnt put those PLASTIC covers on my calipers mainly because 1) way too expensive! 2) They make the rotors look even SMALLER!....3) Plastic+Heat=EPIC FAILURE!.. and 4) They're probably held on with double sided tape, and the brake dust would cause the tape to lose its adhesive properties. That thing would fall right off after awhile.

Just paint the ones you have on the car right now man. They look a lot worse than they really are. I'm sure with a wire brush, some brake cleaner, and a cloth, you'll be able to clean those up nicely. After that you can shoot a couple coats of paint on it, and it'll look wicked.

There is a member on here, forgot his name, but he has a decal shop. I spoke with him a while ago and he can get high temp resistant decal material to make the decals on. When my dual piston calipers come and everything is installed, i plan to paint all the calipers red, and have a TRD decal (white and red with black outlining).

Paint the calipers to which every colour you want. Then get some normal TRD decal or which ever sticker you want. Then go over them with a few layers of clear coat and admire your now trd calipers. :p

Why paint your calipers??
Just save up and get them powder coated, which looks way better than painted, cause the paint will only last about 3 years and then it will start to chip and fade.
My front twin piston calipers are powder coated, and they stick out like a mofo from a distance.
