for those of you with bigger FSB

ok so i have an internal debate with my self like i do every time i buy new parts maybe some of you can give me your opinion.when i installed my TRD RSB i was amazed at the difference so now im looking into getting the Whiteline FSB> so the questions are :


1.are the results noticable?
2.did you like the change?
3.is it worth the money?

If you have any other info to throw in it is welcome.

And honestly, I would just do (and I did) the whole spring/strut or coilover setup before doing a front sway bar. Yes, it's more expensive ($500+ vs. $150) but I don't think the stock suspension would benefit too much from the added stiffness up front. You'd also be better off getting wider tires.

The way my car handled when I just put on the coilovers was very good; I never felt the need for the extra front traction, even with the crappy Michelin Energy 205/60/16 tires.

agreed upgrade suspension before the fsb. It will be stiffer upfront with the FSB but you will need the upgraded links and brackets which means more money anyways.

so will i need new brackets and end links for sure?or are these isolated cases with the upgraded suspentions? its not like im going to hit the track. i do have some wider tires on order im going with 215/60/16 Falken Ziex 912 i dont want the car to go any lower considering the places i have to drive i have trouble with scraping already.i want to say thanks to thatvietguy for all the search help.

For the front sway bar you just want to get the bushin' brackets, the endlinks should be fine.

My experience has been pretty good actually.

my car has JIC FLAT2 with custom spring rates, TRD STB, and RSB, as well as the whiteline FSB. the whiteline unit flattens out the feel of the car on turns, the TRD in track mode, gives the rear a quicker turn in on corners.

I might make custom endlinks... only because the stock ones are not adjustable, meaning adjusting for more or less tension, more tension would net you flatter response, but more than likely more fatigue on the swaybar's bushings..... dunno yet.

but get it, you will not be disappointed!

I have the Whiteline front (and rear) and used the stock bracket with the bushing they provided. You can get *adjustable* bracket from them, but I don't know the P/N. The stock bracket and endlinks work fine. Unless you're REAL good with DIY stuff, this job is best left to a PRO.
