you may not understand the word "custom," until you have something custom.

alot of our "custom" stuff are just solara specific versions of popular parts done in small runs especially for "group buys". This is the case with alot of the exhaust components.

additionally, some of our items, especially the grilles, are made by members of the board.

And as always, there are TRD sourced parts.

sounds half-like my car hah.

"custom" parts = built one off for yourself or not manufactured on a large scale
"aftermarket" parts may be what you want, stuff that don't come stock on a lara? Injen cai, trd exhaust, etc?
are avalons supposed to be this fast?

if you're talking about aftermarket stuff, then you should have checked this out first:
http://www.solaraguy.com/viewtopic.php?t=37723

if you really mean custom, then you get them from yourself or from people whose work you trust
grill: many people have made their own custom grill, typically i would recommend picking up a spare from a scrap yard and then working on whichever of the two is in worse condition.
headers: find a welder who knows how to weld, and then find out how to design headers.
exhaust: same as headers

as for me, my two custom peices are my intake and my ground wires. i made both myself. consequently i also have a CEL illuminated. thus is life.

oh, and Jet, i have to agree, a sledgehammer will do wonders
