I heard some where that if you install hid and leave yourdaytime running lamps connected it will cause problems .if anybody has info related to HIDs please post it thanks

don't quote me on this but a majority of folks who have hids disconnect their drls. im pretty sure there is tutorial on it as well. (if my memory serves me correctly)

You need to disconnect your DRL.
If not, the low power from your DRLs running, your bulbs wont last long. Its quick and simple to disconnect too. Its the thick grey plug under your hood on the passenger side by the firewall.
