Bronze wheels on Red Solara?

Bronze wheels on Red Solara?

Postby boiphil » Sat Feb 23, 2008 12:12 pm

I'm about to buy wheels for the spring so I can leave my snow tires on my factory rims.

I've got a 1999 3N5 (Flame Red) Solara that's mostly stock (tint, hid, stereo).

Saw "CamryonBronze" had Enkei Evo-5's in Bronze that look amazing on his white Solara, but does anyone think they'll work on red?

Image

They've also got the Evo-5 in a "hyperblack" or gunmetal color, I'm not sure if this would work out better or not.

Image

Is anyone running Bronze wheels on a red solara? I can't seem to find pictures anywhere!

Opinions anyone?

I don't think it would look bad, it just wouldn't be my style. I love how gun metal rims look on a red car though. Some black wheels look nice too. GL with your search. 8)

I actually wanted to put those bronze evo5 on my red flame but they didn't come in 19s :( so I went with the 19 inch enkei Rs7 in anthracite(gunmetal) but the bronze really would of been hott tho! :o I would go for it!

here's a few pic of my old rims:

black wheels and a red car would also look good. Check out these wheels which are similar. Then yours would even be more different!
