Battery idea?

MY battery is starting to mess up on me.
its a INTERSTATE Battery
it says that it has a 65 month warr.
it was purchase on jan 05
but iam not the originaL OWNER it had came with the car
you think iam still able to get the warr.????

If the previous owner passed along the receipt with the rest of the cars paperwork you'll be fine. If you didn't get all the maintenance/parts receipts then a replacement isn't nearly as likely but it sure can't hurt to ask.

With any luck your Interstate battery dealer will at least give you an allowance for months left on the warranty.
