The reason the CPE makes more power than injen is not just the MAF box but the fact that it retunes the ECU for a 3.5 inch pipe instead of a 2.75 inch pipe where the MAF sensor takes up near 50% of the inner area. Trust me I had both CPE is MUCH better.



what does it do to re-tune the ECU? i have never heard of something tuning an ECU on its own.. does it come with some type of plug in to the ECU or what?
I can make an intake that looks just like the cpe.. looks like nothing special.. or does it come with another MAFS or what? im confused on how it re-tunes the ecu..
please explain
