I need a pinout dio for the ECU, one that would get a AFR, or AFC to work can anyone get this info?

You can't use an AFR with the Solara. S-AFC you can. Rod (Bigflyjet) had the pinout info for the S-AFC, BUT he got activated active duty to the Persian Gulf since he's an Officer in the AF Reserves.

What is a pinout info? Is it a ECU diagram?

Pinout info is for the wiring diagram for the leads into the ecu.
