SO whats the last on the soCal meet?????? :lol:

just proud solara owners with no drama, no snappers..... :evil:

Open everyday, the only difference is the price at certain times, $20 before 5 PM on M-F, $25 on nights and weekends.

That sounds like a good ideal. I actually just talked to some of my team members and i dont know if we are going to toys for tots show after all.

So im down for Dec 11th. The go carting sounds fun. Im sure it would be something we all can enjoy.

I'll be surpised if I could make it on the 4th... Probably hung-over and tired as hell from a wedding ceremony + after party on the 3rd. Anyway, I respect the Toys For Tots (plus there's food, free admission with a 99-cent-sto *AHEM* $10 toy) and all that stuff AND the ones that were attending TFT won't have to change their plans), so why not at the Pacific Palms Conference Resort?

*Industry Hills, La Puente, City of Industry; open to interpretation... SO many names for one ZIP code.

Toys For Tots event: 11AM - 3PM; bring a toy worth $10 for free admission (which they'll probably charge you for it if you don't)

Those who don't wish to join the event: 3:30 PM - Whenever for the meet.

If they force us out or some such crap, then maybe we'll play it by ear on nearby places (just some random guesses on what's nearby):

1. The Diamond Plaza on Fullerton Blvd. near the 60 Freeway (popular place for car meets since I see some there all the time)

2. Hooter's West Covina (3041 W. Garvey Ave. West Covina, CA 91797)... Kind of a drive, though.

3. Puente Hills Mall parking lot somewhere (Corner of Colima and Azusa; just a shot in the dark)

ive never been to any car/auto events

other than the la auto show

...so im going to the toys for tots events sounds like fun

.....then we(who evershows up) can figure some other things for later.....so im in.

IS THERE A WEBSITE FOR THE TFT.????? MORE INFO ON THE TOYS FOR TOTS ....ITS A CUSTOM IMPORT CARSHOW RIGHT????

Well, they have domestics there too (I imagine... I Googled it and a scanned flyer shows a 30's{?} car).

Well for the Toys for Tots. I've heard their are going to be over 200 registered cars going to be at the show.

Im still not sure if i will be showing or not since some of my team mates haven't gotten back to me.

But just as a FYI. Security is going to be tight. If you plan on having the meet after the show they will probably kick us out cuz they will probably be cleaning up. (this is just from experience from other shows). But if we have it during the show im pretty sure it shouldn't be a problem.

You mentioned Hooters in West Covina, Thats a pretty cool place to hang out. They have a large parking lot. That way we can also get some cool pictures. Also if anyone is interested in Go Carting we can always go to Speed Zone and hang out..
