NY area Jones Beach meet 6/18 *update 5/10

I was thinkin we meet up at Jones Beach, chill there for a bit and take pictures then head out to a nearby camping ground to have a cook out. Let me know whos down for this and i'm very open to additional suggestions.

Hmmmmm, guess nobodies interested in having a meet, or they haven't been on the forum lately.

Somebody setup a meet I know there are people interested, specially since the nice weather is here.

C&D and R&T are sponsering an event to testdrive the Maxima, 300, and Avalon on test courses.

May 21 and 22 (sat, sun), 830, 1000, 1130, 130 or 300, pick a session.

Could be good, could be lame, but its in Nassau Coliseum @ Uniondale, NY (On long Island).

21+ only and must have valid drivers license.

What do you guys think?

Could be cool Jon, but I'd rather just chill with everyone and see each other's cars. Chances are they're not going to give much of a course to test on, or you won't get much time in either of them. The beach works best I think. I dunno if I can make this or not, I'll let ya know once I get a job.

I live 5 minutes away from Nassau Colliseum.

In my honest opinion, its coo to get to drive there cars but its not worth the trip for that. I've been to the one they had 2or 3 years ago and its the same thing......around in a square type course using cones in one corner of the parking lot.

I agree with Grazi07....the beach sounds like the best place for a meet......to just chill and all-too-creative-crap........

ok lets make this happen so the meet is June 18th, Saturday at Jones Beach.

I think we should meet up at Applebees like last time and then head down to jones beach, like a herd of cattle.
