We had a pretty big meet on Jones beach last summer. East coast took a break for the winter after freezin up in Connecticut though.

We should do it again this summer sometime or have another meet at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, N.Y.......I would of went to the last one but I was in Massachusetts....... :(

Jones beach was pretty sweet, and I've been to a TN.com meet w/ Marc and Jason at Roosevelt Fields... Check out my UConn thread, thats comin up soon.

I wanna hit the beaches again this summer, maybe somewhere further south in Jersey... get a hotel near the water...

Contact me when it gets warmer. I'll set something up.

FYI, all hotels near the beach are utter crap and really expensive. Not to mention ONE spot per room. Its not the optimal place to stay for a meet, but I'll try to dig somehting up maybe a few miles away. Remind me in late spring.

I know a few events in the near future but none really work for a meet with NY people. Theres a Drift event in April and SEMA in May, but both in south Jersey about 2-3 hour away from the border. Theres also the NYC International Auto show, but parking in the city is hell so that wont work too well either for a car meet.

So I guess we should do more than one Jones beach meet! Maybe this time bring some tailgateish food/mini grille and do it up picnic style instead of driving off again!
