Driving Directions to
Newcomb’s Ranch
From the Los Angeles area
Take the CA-2 NORTH (Glendale Freeway)
Take I-210 EAST (Pasadena Freeway)
Exit Angeles Crest Highway in La Canada Flintridge
Head EAST on Angeles Crest Highway (Uphill)
Continue on Angeles Crest Highway
Pass Angeles Forest Highway (Palmdale turn off)
Pass Mt Wilson turn off
Pass Upper Big Tujunga turn off
Arrive at Newcomb’s Ranch on the Left side (approximately 27 miles)
From Sunland
Take Big Tujunga Canyon Road Northeast into
Angeles National Forest
Turn Left on Angeles Forest Highway
Turn Right on Upper Big Tujunga
Turn Left on Angeles Crest Highway
Arrive at Newcomb’s Ranch on the Left side
The only problem i can think of is the guys that ride the sport bikes. They usually go up there and theres a lot of them. Other than that, Its a nice ride we just have to look out for Sheriffs and Highway patrol. It will probably take 40-45 mins to get up there. They also have bbq on the weekends.
