I'm gonna try to make it at least for sunday so i can hook up with you guys and get some pics. I also need to look at a couple 4runners in the chicago area for the winter, so this is a great excuse to get up there for the weekend. See you all there! :multi:

i'd like to meet up with everyone at a certain area before the show. so we can all cruise up there together. once we get there we can park together. i dunno wha everyone thinks...but lemme know. it'd be easier to do somethin after.

Again, I am disappointed in the small representation from the Chicago area. Reggie is driving hundreds of miles to participate and some of you locals can't attend?

Come on guys ... put the keyboard down, tell "the crush" to come along or see 'ya tomorrow and get your keisters out there. There's so much more to SolaraGuy than posting up pictures and jokes, you've got to get involved and live a little. Trust me, you'll have a blast.

When there's an event in your town, do everything you can to help host or get others to come.

^ don't worry about the crush. she might be coming with. anyway I'll see what I can do, I got in a slight fender bender this morning because of the rain but I'll still show up damage or not

just gotta figure out how to get there. Tried mapquesting the place lol got lost.

so...none of the Solara guys went. which is kinda disappointing. it was pretty fun. i'm hoping to see some next year. here's a video and some pix:

Hey there Evan - Thanks for trying to get these SolaraGuys off the ground. Sorry it didn't work out. Please don't give up hope on us.

From the earlier postings, I really didn't know the show would be this big. It looks like there was a really good turn out.

Perhaps I will attend next year with the RX8. (I've got some work to do.)

The pics in your Corolla forum look really good. I recognize the Lexus, tC and the MR2 from the Elmhurst show. I imagine there were a bunch of SE guys there with their Scions.

Hope to see ya next year. (With a few Solara I hope)

I'm soo sorry for not going :oops:

but I had a personal matter that had to be addressed but looks like a good time and some really nice cars. There's always next year and by then my ride will be finally worthy to fit in
