Kids?!?! LMAO!

I was soooo wiped out from Sat night. (Tired ... not from drinking) I stopped twice on the way home and took power naps at rest stops. In fact, I was pulling out of the Michigan welcome center when Damon was pulling in.

Next time, I'll take Monday off and catch a room next to the show.

Glad to hear everyone made it home safely... Thank God I didn't get a ticket. :)

This weekend was a great time. My apologies to all since many of the plans did not work out so well. In the end, I think everyone had a good time. If you didn't ... well tough, no refunds on free events. LOL

Special thanks to Mike C for putting me up, the sailing, the home brew and especially the tequila. I was really proud to see you pulling in with the Toyota flag. Very nice!

Thanks to John (TRDBoy) for pulling other local groups to our meet on Saturday night. Nice bunch of guys. I'd like to see more cross platform car meets. Thanks for making the dinner arrangements too. I think everyone enjoyed themselves. How was that Chocolate Martini Jeff?? LOL. Congrats John on stepping forward to arrange next year. LOL If you're really interested, I will help. Let's plan in a few months in advance.

Thanks to Jeff for bringing the eye candy on Sunday. The project is coming along nicely.

Tacti and Yue, it was great to see you guys again. Thanks for not "ninja stealth" killing me in my sleep or stealing my 350Z. LOL! Hopefully next time we can spend more time together. BTW: I was very impressed with your sailing skills.

Damon: It was great hanging out with you. I'm so glad you didn't end up Splenda-Marine's bitch on Saturday evening. I am very happy you came out to the show. I'll pack up a cooler of Red Bull for you next time.

JamesT: As Damon said a few times: You're a baller man! I never felt so much like a slob as when I hang out with you. LOL. Nice suit! I know where I'm going for a suit next time. Good luck with the dash project. I look forward to seeing that. See you at future meets.

John and Lindsay: I was a pleasure talking to you both. You guys are a great couple. I was impressed on how many places I've crossed paths with Lindsay.

Reggie: You missed cleaning a smudge on the bottom rear side of the transmission. LOL. Damn! You are Mr Clean. Loved the headliner and the trunk. I think you need to open your own shop.

Mike T: Thanks for coming. Special thanks to Chris for making you come to the meet. LOL. The car is wicked nice as usual. Glad to hear the lust in a bottle worked on your front end. (Uh, that doesn't sound good.) I had a great time hanging with you on Saturday. That was a time to remember ... from what I can remember of it. LOL.

Chris: Glad you dragged Mike to the meet. You are a hoot to hang with. Had a great time and a lot of laughs. Sorry for making you chase me across 5 lanes of traffic in downtown Chicago just so we can hit the exit. You kept up very well. Next mod for the Solara ... navigation! LOL. Then we won't have 8 cars coming to collect you from The Greek Islands Restaurant.

I had a great time. I hope you all did too. I'm looking forward to next year. I loved being the only non-Toyota at the Friday meet. LMAO!!

^^Brian, Thanks for posting the thanks above about everyone, I couldn't done it any better^^ I wanted to, but business as usual at the office on Monday and it's been hectic.

Again, what Brian said, and I'm very glad to got to hang out and meet you guys this year.

Most definite thanks to Chris for calling me and getting me to go, it was well worth it.

Thanks for everything Brian.

WTF? Yeah it was nice meeting you too Brian....

This was a real cool event (people & cars) and hopefully next year will be even bigger! It was great to meet everyone and check out all the solara's. I'll have to book a hotel next year & kick it with you guys - sounded like sat night was a lot of fun. I got a ton of pics & will post them in the other thread later tonight.

Brian, if you need a suit (and have a few thousand to spare) you know where to find me

Also, I think I won for best sunburn. My face is completely red (well, almost completely - stupid sunglasses).

I'm glad to hear that nobody fell asleep on the way home. I'm hoping that by next year my car will be worthy enough to be parked next to everyone's at the show.

^Yeah and you should have seen how bad he was swerving at 90mph when he was typing this message!

I was great to meet all of you. Congrats again to all the trophy winners!
Brian and John thank you again for organizing everything. The food was great and I had a lot of fun in downtown Chicago! And a double thanks to Brian for finding me when I was playing wheres Waldo with all of you and for making sure I didn't get lost again on the way to the hotel. I will defiantly be investing in a navigation very soon! I know I will not ever forget that night either! I learned not to ever use Splenda in my drinks again because it not only can contribute to cancer, but it can cause gayness  That trance club was bitchin' next time Ill have to relax a bit more and dance with those half naked chics! And I can't forget the end of the night of breaking the gate to get the car out of the parking garage and cutting across 5 lanes of traffic dodging minivans and taxis fast and the furious styles.

Everyone your rides all were great! Damon and Ryan one of you still owe me a ride in your supercharged solaras so I can see what Im missing out on! Mini-Meet sometime! Ill post up my pics tomorrow because Im just way to tired to load them now. I think my 1hr 45min nap saturday night has not worn off me yet

James - Ever think about getting into doing custom car interiors? You do great work!
