Camry Racing wrote:20 psi is enough to have a good grip with decent tires maybe like 180 thread wear I personaly have 300 threadwear and they are very good for me but for the boosted guys inst enough and 300 is enough for me cause I'm automatic

Just a side note regarding treadwear rate. Those rate are set by the manufacturer not the tires industry. So a 180 in brand X cannot be compare to a 180 made by brand Y. The manufacturer just have to be fair with the treadwear within their own product.

Hey Micheal , I'm so hurry to see some numbers !! :D

A lil info for those that will be running their cars. Make sure you wear long pants and shirts with sleeves (can be long or short) and no open toed shoes. Also, if anyone would need race gas (only person I could see this applying to is Cripsone if he brings the Supra) theres a gas station across from the track taht sells turbo blue 100 leaded. At least thats what it was last time I checked. I can't fathom how much itd cost though. Anyway, track opens at 4:30 and runs start at 5 and continue till 9. Hope to see you there.

Oh, and the Camry should hopefully be running a bit quicker by then.

Your 20s are lighter than my chrome ones...up to you bro. I thought about asking you that the other day, but forgot.

If any of you guys are interested, my Grandpa, Tact and I will be eating prior to the track at Sichuan Bistro in Mason, OH. Very spicy Chinese food... :D

Mike, I may be down for meeting y'all for dinner. I'll be in Maineville so Mason would be on my way down to Tristate. That's one early ass dinner though, but ya, gotta eat something.

I'm thinking of we should be at the restaurant by 2:30 PM latest.
It will give us a little more than an hour to eat, and still be at the track by 4:30.
Just in case if you need my number please PM me.

looking forward to see you all.

Ahh, Ill feel bad. I found this out after the fact, but Columbus this weekend is going to be infested with cars. There are two big car shows going on this weekend. The biggest will be Good-Guys Car Association Car Show which is being held at the Ohio State Fair Grounds. Apparently last year over 7000 cars were at the show and this year is expected to be bigger. I was out at some of the hotels last night and there were some sick cars out there. Anyway I think Im going to go to this and my friend called me up and my be showing up in his '51 Chevy he just got. If you guys are into classic, hotrods, muscle cars, rat mobiles, etc. you may just want to head up to Columbus and meet me again! The other car show has a little bit of everything and they usually get around 1000 cars. So you could imagine that all the hotels are booked this weekend and nice cars will be crusin' all over the place. If things change I may surprise you all and stop by the track. But at least you guys may get a lot of runs in since all the muscle cars will probably be at the show.
