I hear ya man. The way things are looking, Lindsay and I will be able to close on our house after the July 4th holiday...woohoo! We're gonna be throwing a couple of house parties...1 for the 'rents & family (less booze at that one) and another for all our friends (plenty of booze and b.y.o.?)
I'll keep the ATLiens out there updated if they're interested.
