I assume youll be taking I-35???
I can meet up with you two in Waco and then we can meet up with Richard (47_Ronnin) in Killeen. Then all four of us can beeline to Rudy's.

Is there anyone else north of Austin that wants to meet up with us before we hit up Rudy's???

i won't be in a lara either... and mine may be the oldest car there too... gonna start putting in my new clutch tonight. gotta get the EGR thing fixed too (damn welder keeps blowing through the thin metal in the flex section), and might end up putting a battery in my car next week too - it tested borderline bad at work last night. *shrug*

oh yeah and that darn state inspection thing... at least that will be a cakewalk once i get the egr put back together.

if i can't get the EGR stuff done and then get a valid sticker before then, i just might have to... i don't want to risk getting a(nother) ticket for expired inspection sticker!

if i DO bring the miata, i will win the UGLY STICK contest for sure. there isn't a single panel without damage, and paint is turning to powder (cancer) on every panel too. plus collision damage on both bumpers. but it runs great!

What!!!
You cant get your battery/starter fixed???

I just replaced my CV half shaft (driver side) and knuckle.
Did the BBK, painted my calipers, installed new tails, installed new headlamps & corners, new wheels, painted my mesh in the grill, and bled the system.

You better show up in your Lara!

Yeah i'll bet gettin' new tires, installin' the Whiteline front sway bar comin' in tomorrow. :angel:

Also orderin' the Ultra Racing front and rear subframe braces. :angel:

Only thing that will be ugly on my car is where the paint started to peelin' like a mofo.

I'll probably have to spray paint it white....... I was thinkin' about stickin' a bumper sticker diagonially to flow wit the grille, and also fix the middle mountin' tab on the grill.
Another ugle thing is my cracked passenger side view mirror..... [but Gabe shipped one out for me already].
Will also try install my "new" A/C condensor, but will have to fix the front lower middle part of the radiator support....

So much stuff to do!!!!!!!
Also tryin' to finish the comestic stuff before Saturday.
