This event will include the Full 3 mile track of Buttonwillow Raceway. This is probably one of the best months of the season to run Buttonwillow. Temperatures in November are usually very mild and conditions will be ideal. Only 2 rungroups, and that means LOTS of track time.

This is considered a "Test & Tune" day, per Buttonwillow. Driver's will be responsible for their own tech inspections. This event will be insured, and emergency medical staff will be on site in addition to official corner workers.

The track is open from 8 AM - 5 PM.

Event is rain or shine! Buttonwillow does not give refunds based on weather conditions.

The event is more appropriate for intermediate and advanced track drivers.

whaaa? i have to take you AND let you drive my car? lol j/k a car doesnt have to be modded to take to the track. just ask simon, as long as it has a gas pedal, 4 tires and can turn, its ready to go!

DAMN! sign up Milt! the rich guy who is organizing this event was wowed by the car. He said its nice seeing a different car giving the usual 350z's Boxters, etc a hard time.

Anyways, Its gonna be nice seeing another Camry on the track. BTW, people took more pics of the car that i expected. haha, hopefully my driving will still wow them if you get on the track. They'd prolly have a new Fav. underdog if you show up.

Hedy John, Do I need to buy a helmet also? or do they rent them? And Do they even have one that would fit my huge head (63.5 cm), lol??

as for helmets, almost any will do (auto or motorcycle) They have different sizes avail and for cheap too. I think Simon knows a good place to get them from.

As for helmet renting, its more or an independent event so unfortunately there is no confirmation if they will have it there or not. Looking back to past events, probably not.
